About the Client:
Our client based in the UK is a solar energy solutions company. They fund and install solar panels on large industrial buildings, allowing guaranteed cheaper electricity costs to tenants from locally produced green energy. They are looking for a Sales Admin Specialist to support the growth of the company by finding high quality leads and completing general administration tasks.
About the Role:
Using an established method, research and find defined industries, roles, locations, companies, and list of people to generate high quality leads through the use of Apollo.io
Email correspondence with leads
Book follow-up meetings with qualified leads
Edit email templates as necessary
Manage and organize data for easy monitoring and reports generation
Join client calls and take notes for summarization
Other ad hoc general administration work
Qualifications:
Has at least 2 years of experience in a related or equivalent role
Strong English communication skills, both oral (neutral accent preferred) and written
Proven ability to continually adapt and learn new procedures
Demonstrates the ability to manage time and resources
Highly organized and pays careful attention to detail
Independent, self-sufficient, and highly resourceful
Values integrity and reliability * Has a good initiative to keep the client abreast at all times
