JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assists Sales Agents
- Creates Quotations for Project Proposals
- Coordinates with design team in creation of proposals
- Coordinates with Purchasing Department for the items needed for canvass.
- Creates and processes Sales Order
- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Must be a graduate of any 4 year course.
- Knowledgeable in Clerical and Administrative Works.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Must have general mathematical skills.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Has strong Customer Service Skills
- Must be flexible, highly organized, energetic and dependable.
