The Sales Admin Assistant supports the sales team by managing client relationships, coordinating sales processes, and maintaining accurate reports. This role involves identifying opportunities, assisting with customer needs, and ensuring smooth office and field operations. Additionally, the position serves as an assistant to the Senior Tele-Sales Admin, helping execute sales strategies and telesales functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Communicate with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on orders and products.
Sales Process Coordination:
Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
Ensure timely and accurate communication between sales, logistics, and accounting teams.
Track and manage sales leads, ensuring follow-ups and conversion of leads to customers.
Supporting Senior Tele-Sales Admin:
Assist in the execution of telesales strategies and campaigns.
Handle administrative tasks related to telesales, including managing call logs and client feedback.
Help implement telesales functions, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and data in the CRM system.
Generate and analyze regular sales performance reports for the Senior Tele-Sales Admin.
Ensure all sales activities are documented, organized, and accessible for review.
Customer Needs Assistance:
Identify and act upon opportunities to assist customers in achieving their goals, using products or services offered.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed client expectations.
Smooth Office and Field Operations:
Coordinate between the office and field teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
Assist with the preparation and organization of sales materials, presentations, and meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Familiarity with telesales functions and sales strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
