Job description
*Liaison between sales team and clients ensuring customer satisfaction.
*Should proactively addresses clients' needs and facilitate the sales process from beginning to the end.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Manage Key Accounts.
2. Act as point of contact for clients.
3. Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements.
4. Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner.
5. Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
6. Establish best practices
7. Monitor and update inventories
8. Coordinate delivery schedules
9. Update and assist client's queries
10. Coordination with PPC Team
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
