Reports to the National Sales Manager
Securing vehicle purchase orders and ensures these are properly served in accordance with the policies
Monitor dealer claims and ensures that all necessary requirements were met
Properly encodes and processes industry data
Gets involved in all aspects of the sales process
Ensure constant communication with the dealership to ensure compliance on required report/document submissions
Cater all dealers concerns in relation to sales admin tasks
Develops and maintains a good working relationship with dealer personnel and other departments
Communicates management policies and procedures to the dealers
Coordinate properly with the sales team to achieve a common goal.
Submits various sales reports to the management
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Preferably 1-2 yrs experienced employee specialized in Sales Admin.
Preferably with background in Automotive Industry.
Willing to work in Taytay, Rizal.
