Duties and Responsibilities:
Clerical Tasks
Send emails and reply to emails
Answer customer queries
Support the sales agents through processing of orders, including checking and confirmation of orders, creation of shipping labels, printing of packaging list, sending of invoices and checking of credit lines
Record-keeping
Systematic filing of records including client information
Maintain an organized file
Compile and update clients' physical and/or digital files
Deliver reports on backlogged items and monitor inventory
Organize Events
Coordinate meeting for all sales representatives
Arrangement/planning of trade shows
Sales Support
Serve as the point of contact for sales representatives who are on field work
Keep track of the sales representative's itinerary
Coordinate between the management and sales representatives, plot calendars, and assist with travel arrangements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably Marketing, Business Management)
At least 1 year experience as Sales Administrative Assistant
Good interpersonal skills
Good reporting and communication skills
Must possess customer service skills
Attention to details
Can multi-task
Good organizational skills
Problem-solving skills
