Prepares the documents needed such as invoices, CSR, assigning conduction sticker number and Gas Purchase Order for the vehicle in broker
Checks the unit condition
Monitors ROP units to SG releases monthly
Preparation of job requests for units such as; programming, stenciling, dent removal, repair/repaints and conduction plate.
Prepares all job requests for accessories needed such as installation of tint, sticker etc
Coordinates with LTO liaison officers for plate requests/registration
Provide LTO documents to bank- OR/CR
Graduate of any business/management course
Computer literate
Has atleast 1-2 years working experience in the related field
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Administration and Coordination Automotive 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
