A. SALES AND DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT
1. Under the supervision of the USM, the Export SAS is tasked to grow SMF business in his/her assigned set of customers (distributors and/or key accounts). This includes the following:
a. Securing orders from customers in assigned territory. This also includes collection of payment from customers.
b. Developing business relationships with key customers in the assigned region through regular touchpoints and business reviews
2. Understands the regional landscape and assists the USM in developing recommendations to Management to resolve issues and/or pursue opportunities
3. Assists the USM in preparing sales forecast via S&OP process
4. Assists the USM in ensuring that A/R of region is clean and without any short-payment or any other issues
B. MARKET DEVELOPMENT
1. Assists the USM in executing programs intended for the region. This includes executing initiatives from Export Product Manager such as new product launches, packaging changes, promotions and others.
2. Develops customer specific/ region specific programs that can help achieve sales targets. Ensures that programs are executed effectively and secures implementation reports from accounts.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
3. Suggest ways to improve product positioning in the region - this includes product formulation improvements, packaging changes, pricing and other elements. This requires close coordination with the Export Product Manager.
4. Understands the region's latest regulation policies and provides feedback to Export Product Manager for resolution
5. Assists the USM in reporting all quality servicing and product claim issues by coordinating all back-end support activities required to resolve issues and ensures that proper required documentations and approvals are obtained
C. MANAGEMENT REPORTING
1. Assists the USM in preparing reports on sales performance and other required ad-hoc reports to Exports MANCOM and Management
2. Prepares as required status of customer profile and performance
3. Assists the USM in managing trade cost budget to ensure spend is within target
D. HOUSEKEEPING AND ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
1. Creates and issues Pro-forma Invoices to accounts and secures confirmation of the same
2. Receives, validates and processes claims via Claims Form
3. Creates Credit Memos, Sales PAW for trade activities and programs and other internal documents required to execute activities and programs
4. Safekeeps contracts and other important documents related to assigned accounts
