Job Qualifications *At least College Level
*Must have a background in Sales Industry, especially in Construction Materials
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
*Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
*gather new leads and prospects
*prepare quotations and negotiate to convert them into sales.
*will conduct product presentations and attend site meetings if needed.
*build and maintain good rapport with clients.
*will prepare a monthly sales report to be submitted last working day of the month.
*Sample requests and schedules of application to be coordinated with the manager or any point person.
*Willing to be assigned in the Ortigas area
*service vehicle provided with gasoline allowance
