Description * REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience as a Sales experience in refrigeration ranges, and also water filtration systems for the commercial food and beverage industry. (Daikin Philippines or Technolux or Electrolux or Gomeco Metal Corporation)
-Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
-Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
-BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
-Understanding of sales performance metrics
PREFER
-Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent
-have own car
Sales manager's criteria
1) Leadership 4 sales staffs
2) Creative Creative marketing & sales plans, strategies, logical thinking
3) Active Be active go out to the field, meet & communicate with customers
4) Product knowledge Presentation skills, capable to communicate with engineers and factory
5) Experience Sales & marketing experience with F&B industries knowledge
6) Network Better to have in the F&B industries and dealers community
7) Fairness Be fair to the subordinates, dealers, customers and internal other dept.
8) Friendliness Beloved character, easy to get along, sense of humor
