QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Business Management, Real Estate Management, Marketing or any relevant course
Proven work experience as a Sales account Executive
Ability to grasp client needs and to increase customer engagement
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
knowledge in any CRM software and MS Office
Ability to analyze market trend
Willing to start ASAP
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategically generate leads and foster brand
Manage accounts and act as the point of contact for clients
Manage and grow portfolio of account
Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
Establish best practices
Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
Gather statistics on clients' feedback after event or stay to enhance sales portfolio
