With background on Logistics (Selling Logistics Services)
Manage customer interactions including fostering relationships, making customer calls and closing deals
Practice professional freight forwarding concepts and terminologies
Monitor accounts administration and agent activity including sourcing transporters, payment updating/aging, data entry, tracking/ tracing, etc.
Develop best solutions that bring value and support the business strategy.
