College graduate (preferably Business Related Courses but not required)
1 year of experience in a related field but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Superior time management skills and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Ability to prioritize workload, work effectively under pressure
Ability to evaluate tasks and suggest improvements
Ability to present, discuss and propose at a senior level
Strong sales skills set
Willing to be trained
Job Responsibilities:
Receive and assist phone or walk-in inquiries
Prepare sales correspondences, proposals, quotations, and contracts
Identify new potential customers
Establish best practices
Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
