Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Accelerator Admin Virtual Staff to become an integral part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a vibrant, self-motivated individual with a knack for identifying and developing new business opportunities. Your role will be essential in driving our company's growth by generating a healthy sales pipeline through meticulous lead harvesting, proactive cold emailing, and strategic cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead generation and Prospecting
Develops and executes a lead generation plan to build a pipeline of qualified prospects.
Compile a lead database from website inquiries
Handles the development of outbound lead data, qualifying and assigning leads
Performs customer communication and follow-up through outbound calls, sending follow-up emails, and setting up meetings for new leads
2. Sales Reporting and Analytics
Conducts comparative analysis and generates commission reports
Generates sales metrics and analytics reports
3. Customer Communication
Conducts outbound calls and sets meetings for new leads and follow-up
Sends follow-up email communications to potential customers
4. Sales Pipeline and Operations
Maintains and updates sales pipeline
Manages customer purchase orders and invoices and sends quote conversion emails.
5. CRM Management
Utilizes CRM software to manage and maintain leads and contacts
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role, with a proven track record in lead generation and managing a sales pipeline.
Proficient in lead harvesting, cold calling, and email outreach.
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Knowledge of CRM software and other sales and productivity tools
Data analysis and reporting abilities are required.
Excellent organizing abilities and attention to details.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
A creative mindset to develop innovative solutions and strategies.
Comfortable working US hours and coordinating with a remote team.
Skills:
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, such as ACT CRM Software
Proficient in MS Office and related software.
Familiarity with specialised tools such as Outreach and Seamless.ai
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
