In this pursuit, we have adapted Net Promoter Score in order to gain more insight from our customers, which is done through our 24/7 Call Back Center.
More than half of our manpower is dedicated to operations to ensure that customer concerns are addressed in a timely manner. We also have an effective tracking system and escalation process that reaches and alerts the Schindler management outside of the Philippines up to the CEO in Switzerland in the event that the issue could not be resolved within the local office.

SAIS Inspector
Mobility is the goal
SAIS
- Plan and perform Acceptance Inspections (SAIS) in collaboration with NI
- Follow up in case of open square items by re-inspection
- Ensure implementation of EC solutions, FI/DLFI, if applicable during inspection
- Support NI by providing on-site training
- Prepare acceptance inspection report & OIL
- Encode SAIS data & open square items in PSDB
- Collaborate with NI Supervisor / Project Manager
CPSI
- Perform 5-year safety inspection in collaboration with EI
- Audit 1-year safety inspection in collaboration with EI
- Audit implementation of FI/DFLI, if applicable during inspection
- Support EI by providing on-site training and minor repairs for closure of NC's
- Follow up for NC closure during the inspection
- Perform 1-year CPSI inspector assessment
- Correct assessment of NC's
- Prepare CPSI inspection & audit report
- Encode CPSI data & NC's in PSDB
