Roles and Responsibilities
- Has become familiar with Sage 100 Contractor Software
- Monitor CRE Support email inbox and works with certified consultants to answer customer support questions
- Assist certified consultants with data migration reconciliation projects
- Assist certified consultant with higher-level tasks on data migration projects
- Coordinate customer support tickets for higher-level support cases
- Maintains strong, continuous communication with the client
Required Experience
- At least 3-5 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in a variety of industries
- Sage Software experience a plus
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance a plus
A Successful Candidate must have
- Ability to manage tasks and due dates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work as a team to accomplish the goal
