Safety OfficerGOLDSHINE PHARMACEUTICALS INC

Ø Lead incident investigation and facilitates corrective and preventive actions development and monitor progress
Ø Liaising with law enforcement and other investigators who are present at the time of a serious accident
ØDetermines what policies/programs are needed and solicits inputs from manager and workers
ØObserve workers to ensure that they are wearing required personal protective equipment and following the safety policies
ØUpdating knowledge of Safety policies, laws and procedures
ØSubmission Safety Monthly and Annual Report to DOLE
ØMonitor and update the safety Incident Reports, updating spreadsheets and follow up actions required
ØMonitor and update the safety observations tracking records and follow up the corrective actions required with the concerned personnel
ØMonitors the training requirements, certifications and records administrator
ØGather safety-related data which will be used as indicators for loss prevention
ØPrepare Safety Announcements, Notices and Weekly Safety Message
ØConduct regular safety inspections of company facilities and the workplace
ØAssist in processing and coordinating government compliance with regards to safety protocols and requirements.
ØTaking part in preparation of operational and safety scheme, specification of structure and operations
QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING REQUIRED
üWith BOSH / COSH /OSH Training (preferably SO3)
üWith at least 2 years experience in FMCG
üWell versed with DOLE OSH guidelines
üComputer Literate
üTeam worker, flexible and hardworking
üWith good project management and problem-solving skills
üWith good oral and written communication skills and high confidence in dealing with range of people at different level of the organization
