Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and implement OHS policies and programs.
Report to the Project Manager or Project Engineer on any issue found onsite.
Continuous monitoring at site condition and give advice to the operations team/area owner in case there's unsafe condition and unsafe practices found and observed.
Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations
Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job site
Liaising with law enforcement and other investigators who are present at the time of a serious accident.
Monitoring safety attitude of workers on site throughout the work shift.
Investigating accidents, writing incident reports, and making recommendations.
Daily toolbox reports.
Evaluating and improving safety measures.
Organizing staff activities on OHS.
Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics.
Review existing policies and procedures.
Adhere to all the rules and regulations.
Work with HR to set up a new employee on-boarding process for safety.
Conduct risk assessment.
Enforce preventative measures.
Oversee workplace repair, installations and any other work that could harm employees' safety.
Job Qualifications:
· At least 2-3 years' experience
· Safety Officer II trained by DOLE or DOLE Accredited Safety and Health
· BOSH and COSH Training
· With High-Rise and Mid-Rise experience.
· Preferably Stay In
· Computer Literate
· Proficient in MS Office
