Key Responsibilities:

Supports QHSE Manager to establish the QHSE system, maintains facility of programs, and demonstrates continuous improvement.
Ensures company compliance with statutory and company requirements to ensure a safe working environment;
Assists QHSE Manager to arrange QHSE training plan. Conducts QHSE training.
Reviews QHSE policies and procedures, and related documentation. Works with subject matter experts to develop QHSE documents.
Develops and maintains routine documentation, such as risk assessments, audits, employee training, and inspections. Assist in the delivery of the QHSE objectives, including supporting and coordinating with other QHSE team members, completing tasks as assigned to further improve the QHSE culture and performance.
Develops, facilitate and review QHSE risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities in consultation with the operations team;
Performs required duties set out in Rule 1047 of the OSH Standards including acting as the site's principal assistant in the application of programs to remove hazards from the workplace and correct unsafe work practices, conducting accident investigations and maintaining an accident record system, coordinating all health and safety training programs and conducting health and safety inspections.
Prepares and monitors the budget of the department;
Monitors and maintains occupational health and safety parameters;
Develops a counseling approach to health and safety inspections or audits
Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Medical Science, Medicine, Nursing, Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy, Others, or equivalent.
At least 3 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
With a good knowledge of ISO standards and practices (QMS/EMS/OHSMS).
With Basic Occupational Safety Health (BOSH) training.
DOLE OSH Accredited Practitioner or SO3 equivalent is an advantage
Willing to work physically in our CDO Office
