Description * Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Environment or Forestry, Community Development or equivalent.
With at least 2 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
With at least 8 to 16 hours of relevant training and/or seminars.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and plan environmental related activities. Assess environmental projects on the ground;
Directly coordinate with Local Government Unit related to environmental concerns; Secure documents and permits related to environmental compliance;
Verify and familiarize field conditions relative to the project plans under preparation;
Represent DOTR in any meetings, workshops, seminars, inter-agency meetings and other engagements.
Assist Environmental Officer in Securing documents and permits prior to tree cutting activity
