SAFETY ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities:
Develop safety and health policies, hazard control processes and programs to ensure safety of work environment and employees throughout the organization
Facilitate inspection of work environments, equipment and buildings to identify areas that can potentially cause health and safety hazards
Ensure compliance to Philippine Safety laws and regulations and calibrate safety policies with new laws and regulations
Conduct investigation for accident occurrence, provide countermeasures and recommend improvements to safety policies and programs
Drive problem solving and root cause analysis activities with divisions to eliminate recurrence of accidents and verify implementations of countermeasures
Review of safety requirements through realization of scheduled evacuation drills (Fire, Earthquake and Spill) as to imbed employee emergency readiness
