Conducts safety inspection within the company premises.
Collates and submits to DOLE the monthly Illness/Sickness Report.
Collates the requirements of DOLE for branch assessment and compliance.
Collects monthly Safety Report from Safety Commanders.
Schedules and leads Safety Committee meetings every month.
Conceptualizes/proposes monthly Safety and Health programs.
Tracks the inventory of, and safekeeps medicines.
Orients the security guards regarding the company house rules.
Cascades weather forecasts nationwide through email.
Tracks the status of calamities and/or situations affecting the safety and health of all employees.
Tracks the availability of fire extinguishers in all branches as part of the Fire Safety Inspection Certificate.
Receives all violation tickets from the security guards, and drafts the incident report to be submitted to the Labor Relations Section.
Accomplishes all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Must be a graduate of Human Resources, Office Administration, or other related courses
Over 1 year related work experience
Must be certified in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH)
Must be a Certified First Aider
With above average communication skills
