SAFEGUARDING MANAGER (Filipino Nationals Only)
The role holder is responsible for strengthening child safeguarding and adult safeguarding awareness and implementation in the organization, including the development, management, and implementation of policies, systems, and procedures that provide the overall framework of child safeguarding and adult safeguarding to ensure that safeguarding is at the heart of the organization's culture.

To deliver our commitment to children, Save the Children Philippines has developed policies, training, and reporting mechanisms that allow us to identify and respond effectively to any risks posed to children in our work. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience in child safeguarding and protection, and adult safeguarding, including experience in case management and investigation.
Experience in training processes including learning needs assessment, content development, assessment of learning, and delivery of training.
Substantial experience working in a development context and emergency response contexts
Experience in developing training resources for diverse audiences
Experience in audit, risk management, and investigations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and respond to challenges with an integrated approach
Strong communication skills (both written and oral) to establish and maintain effective relationships with a wide variety of audiences
The ability to work collaboratively across the organization, including using influencing skills
Highly organized and able to work to deadlines
Ability to balance a range of priorities and maintain focus
The confidence and good judgment to manage situations positively and resolutely.
Resilient, positive, and solution-focused.
