The Job
As our Senior Accountant, you must have a passion to delight and deliver exceptional customer experience to our customers by supporting all accounting operations for Circles.Life
You are a key member of our team and your responsibilities include but not limited to:
Team Lead/Senior level for at least 2 years
Perform AP functions in compliance with financial policies - review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment including liaison with suppliers and BUs, matching of invoices and transactions, withholding tax for payments to non-residents/ non-resident companies
Perform reconciliation of suppliers; outstanding payments, resolve billing disputes, discrepancies & queries
Process expense claims and handling petty cash claims
Prepare cash flow forecasts
Perform bank reconciliations
Prepare balance sheet schedules, reconcile intercompany balances and transactions
Performs Month-end Closing for assigned accounts
Assist with Banking administration
Participates in financial audit tasks such as, but not limited to, audit schedules/reports preparation, answers queries from auditors & contributes in the financial statements finalization.
Assist in Post Go Live ERP System activities
Perform any other duties and assist with other financial functions as required
The Ideal Candidate
At least a degree in Accountancy or equivalent
At least 8 - 13 years experience on handling GL, AP, Treasury & Fixed Assets in a MNC environment
Strongly preferred - worked in a SaaS company
Proficient in ERP system
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Extremely positive attitude, willingness to learn and pleasant personality
Detail-oriented and meticulous
Multi-tasker, independent and able to work under tight deadlines
Able to start immediately or within short notice
Plus, Oracle knowledge
