Manages the day to day activities on the following for the region: Materials Planning Production Planning Forecasting and Optimization
Plans, directs and controls activities of personnel engaged in the following: Materials Planning Components Ordering Production Scheduling & Monitoring Controlling inventories of Components & Finished Products Excess & Obsolete Stocks Slow moving inventories with inventory aging monitoring
Manages the Translation of Sales Forecast into Materials Ordering, Master Production Schedule detailing the Product to be assembled with corresponding quantity & delivery commitments.
Supervises regular review on the status of components and supplies considering: Stock on hand Stock on order Inventory level Projected consumption Manages the overall inventory level to be aligned to budget. Prepares inventory forecast and monitors inventory turns. Monitors & checks reports on the monthly orders of units per customer. Regularly meet with Sales and Business Development Department to transact an effective and aligned S&OP process Prepares and analyzes management reports related to KPI's and KBM's on regional materials & inventory management Coordinates with production planning and set up control system that enhances production flow & attaining delivery commitments in a timely manner.
