Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team. You will be a key contributor to our product and will immediately have a significant role in driving our platform forward in core areas. You will be part of the expansion of our platform, building highly performant APIs, high throughput processing systems, and responsive interfaces.‍
‍Your Responsibilities Will Include
Improve and evolve our modern Ruby on Rails based applications
Manage and deploy updates using various tools and platforms (GitHub Actions, AWS, Docker)
Design and evolve the platform to scale to 100,000 transactions per minute
Collaborate closely with other engineers to implement platform initiatives across teams
Collaborate with external organizations to design and implement robust and performant integrations
Employ secure coding practices
Ability and willingness to learn quickly and work independently

What You'll Need
5+ years experience working with Ruby on Rails
Experience with unit testing and end-to-end automated testing in a continuous integration environment
Experience using REST and/or GraphQL based APIs
Experience with CSS & HTML
Experienced using git and git hosting platforms for version control and code review
AWS experience is a plus but not required to start
Must be able to adopt a work schedule that overlaps at least 6 hours per day with 8AM to 5PM UTC-7
