Job Description
As anRPA Engineer, youll be at the forefront of revolutionizing business processes. You will identify and design business processes for automation, then meticulously implement and rigorously test these automated workflows. Your role will encompass deploying RPA components, including bots, robots, and development tools, while providing crucial support for the implementation of RPA solutions.

Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift (Mon - Fri 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM)
Work Setup: Permanent WFH
What do you need to succeed
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a software development role.
At least 1 year of hands-on implementation experience using UiPath.
Experience in architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality.
Proficiency in web development technologies is preferred.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Capability to present technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Experience with leading Robotic Process Automation tools like Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or PowerAutomate is highly regarded.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, Python, or .NET.
Basic programming knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
Familiarity with Agile development methodology and an understanding of workflow-based logic.
