Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using industry-leading UiPath RPA tool.
- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand and document process requirements and specifications.
- Analyze, evaluate, and recommend automation opportunities and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain bots to automate repetitive tasks, ensuring accuracy and reliability in execution.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues with automation processes and provide timely resolutions.
- Conduct testing and validation of automated processes to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on RPA implementation and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest RPA trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve automation capabilities.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer with hands-on expertise in UiPath.
- Familiarity with workflow design principles and best practices for process automation.
- Experience with Oracle ERP development and integration is a significant plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in UiPath is a plus.
