JOB DESCRIPTION
The Royal Service Supervisor assists the RSM in the Management and administration of the Royal Service Department
RSS will accomplish RSA tasks as stated in the Job Description of Royal Service Agent and added supervisory tasks as assigned.

WORK EXPERIENCE
University/College degree in a related discipline preferred. A hospitality diploma an asset
Prior experience in customer service an asset
Prior experience as a Supervisor an asset
Oral and written fluency in English, knowledge of a third language an asset.
Strong interpersonal skills, active listening and english communication skills
