Right of Way (ROW) Supervisor
Details:
• Supervise and monitor to the subcontractors specially permitting issue.
• Site survey specially the auxiliary room, electrical room, pedestal, cable entrance, vertical, horizontal and location verification for Fiber to the building (FTTB) project
• Conduct safety meeting with the building Engineers and walk thru to double check cable route nearby electrical wire
• To secure Fiber to the Building (FTTB) Memorandums of Agreement (MOA's)
• Secure supporting documents for Memorandums of Agreement (MOA's) finalization
• Conduct joint staking to Electric Company, Municipality, City Engineers office, DPWH for National Road, Province Engineering Office (PEO) if needed.
• Conduct meeting with the owner, Lessor, building admin, building engineer in charge or Board of Director (BOD)
