JOB DESCRIPTION
Processes all reservations (individual and group rooming lists), booking changes and cancellations into Opera in a timely manner.
Implements Revenue Management selling strategies such as upselling, recommendation of hotel facilities, and restrictions for each property recommended by the Ideas System and/or the Director of Revenue.
Maintains an efficient filing system of all guest correspondence, and relevant Reservations documents.
WORK EXPERIENCE
University/ College degree in a related disciple required.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows applications and Opera PMS.
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
