Requirements:

Fluent in both Romanian and English
Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder
Human Resource experience is a plus

Responsibilities:
Act as a Point of Contact in answering Human Resource related inquiries
Responsible in assisting new hire employees and offer creation
Resolve employee clarifications and concerns
Update employee files and data in the system
