Description
1. Operate the systems for 24 hours to provide quality water to ATPI manufacturing and other support operations and meet requirement of local and corporate regulatory bodies.
2. Conduct regular testing and monitoring on required parameters using monitoring log sheets, on available on-line meters and laboratory test meters/equipment.
3. Conduct scheduled replacement of filter/cartridges and other consumable and spares/parts of the systems. Spare parts on ATPI account.
4. Conduct periodic physical/chemical and mechanical cleaning on the systems that includes tanks cleaning, pretreatment chemical cleaning and backwashing, RO membrane descaling, defouling, cation/anion exchange, resin regeneration and CEDI cleaning and other required cleaning on the systems. ATPI shall provide chemicals.
5. Implement proper housekeeping (5S methodology) within the systems including piping networks.
6. Maintain and monitor in-house inventory of spares and parts including process-related consumables needed for the systems. Spare parts on ATPI account.
7. Conduct monitoring and maintenance on the piping network of the systems.
8. Shall regularly attend a scheduled weekly meeting for Operations and Maintenance and/or other meetings scheduled thereof
9. Responsible for refilling and hauling Polymer/Coagulant, Caustic, Acid and other chemical consumables being used in the system .
10. Drives continous improvement in process, equipment, product and services and track these improvements to completion and closure in accordance to ATPI Quality
11. Perform 5's every shift and generate per shift report
12. Sensitive in monitoring ATPI systems, frontliner in troubleshooting systems or equipments , responds to shift leader/supervisor or manufacturing concerns.
13. Performs weekly chemical withdrawal, does plant wide pipe tracing and conduct plantwide pipe tracing, conducts plant wide flowmeter reading every week.
14. Assists in collection of water sample analysis, analyzes raw water and WTP effluent every week, responsible in major parts replacements like membranes , resins, filter and filter cloths and multi media filters
15. Escalates and recommends solution to encounter issues to supervisor and perform 5s every shift.
16.Perform such other duty that may assign by the immediate supervisor.
