We are looking to expand our technology pool to include a team of people experienced in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI (Artificial Intelligence). This team will work with our clients to help implement process automations. We are looking to expand our technology pool to include a team of people experienced in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI (Artificial Intelligence). This team will work with our clients to help implement process automations. Consultant will be trained how to use and implement a well-known RPA+AI tool. You must possess knowledge and expertise in RPA, especially configuration best practices, configure RPA processes and objects using workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand. Have an understanding to support existing processes and implement change of requirements as part of a structured change control process as well as problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA/AI processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required. Responsibilities Participate in project teams through all phases of the technology enablement life cycle (design, build, test, deploy) Lend specific subject matter knowledge to the design and integration phase of each project, helping to give specificity to the appropriate architecture, data model, and system design and interfacing requirements of client's automation requirements Advise clients on a variety of business process services that help identify, assess, manage and measure the organization's capabilities Team up with client technology professionals, and/or third-party partners to provide the best possible implementation of automation solutions Participate in stakeholder management, execution and reporting, and client relationship building Collaborate with colleagues on coding, source control management, technical reviews, and troubleshooting of implemented automations Perform system configuration when and as necessary Perform functional activities such as testing, training, design workshops and other project related activities as necessary Qualifications 2+ years of relevant RPA bot development experience with one or more of the market leading RPA platforms: Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, UIPath and the like 2+ years in using data gathering techniques to capture client requirements, test definition, process design specific to projects and clients Understand change management and project control as concept, including ability to handle client in such situations Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Agile, and Jira A great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines Demonstrated expertise with at least 1 full life cycle Analytics or Systems Integration engagement across strategy, design and implementation Knowledge in Salesforce products and implementation are a great plus Experience in programming (.NET, Javascript, HTML) is a great plus
