Must be a College Graduate.
Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Information Technology or related courses.
With experience in relevant business settlement analysis IT technical supports database management, programming and/or process improvement.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good communication skills, both oral and written.
Good listening skills and phone skills.
Good Moral Character and Working Attitude.

Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Highly organized and trainable.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up a customer account or entry in the database.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Professionally handle incoming RMA requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
