The role of a Risk Supervisor is to communicate risk policies and processes for the team members. They provide hands-on development of risk within the system, educating and training of the team members and provide research and analytical support. Risk Supervisor must have excellent quantitative and analytical skills, along with the ability to apply those skills on large amount of data.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the system.
Identifying current and potential risk using the readily available data and features in the system.
Performing a risk assessment: Analyzing current risks and potential risk.
Reacting to the dynamics of the system swiftly and handling events to minimalize risk.
Reporting and explaining risk assessment and analysis to Risk Manager.
Educating team members regarding current and potential risk.
Guiding team members through the risk management process and ensure it is carried out accordingly.
Conducting checks to ensure the effectiveness of the risk management process.
Building risk awareness amongst team member by providing support and training.
Analyzing cost of the risk if an event occurred.
KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Performance Management.
Numerate and competent user of Microsoft Office suite.
Experienced in conducting research on data.
The person should be able to identify key points on any issue and translate these into clear, succinct messages

Numerical Skills
Must possess at least college degree in any field.
With a 2 years' experience as Supervisory Level
