About the Team & Business Line:
Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business and IT to succeed in client service excellence.
Through our network of global development centres, Citco invests heavily in technology development, security, and infrastructure to ensure our clients continue to receive award-winning products that underpin our commitment to service excellence.
As a valuable member of our Group Risk Management team, you will work closely with dedicated IT and IT Security professionals to support Citco Technology Management with regard to their Risk Management activities.
Your Role:
Facilitate IT and IT security risk assessments ensuring comprehensive coverage, professional and coherent output which is easily understood by both IT and the business
Check and challenge the risk assessments being performed in the 1st Line

Ensure all risks have been identified and are assessed and mitigated appropriately;
Ensure risk assessments are performed timely and to a high quality;
Support the 1st Line in order to ensure that the Group Risk Management Framework, policies and procedures are adhered to by the IT division
Embed Risk Management within the division and institutionalise "Everyone is a Risk Manager";
Establish executive level risk reporting and develop relevant dashboards;
Maintain relevant risk related information in the group risk management application;
Continually review and mature the key risk indicators being monitored by the division;
Review risk in IT from a holistic perspective in-line with CITCO's ERM framework;
Partner with Operational Control Management in the design and implementation of analysis and reporting to ensure adherence to all internal, external & regulatory requirements;
Direct the identification and escalation of key risk issues;
Foster and promote a risk and controls awareness culture;
Partner with internal stakeholders on technical and regulatory developments;
Promote the development of the risk management function, delivering the highest standards
About You:
Degree in Information Technology/Business/IT Security
Additional designations (e.g. CPA/CRISC/ CISA/PMP)
10 years' experience traversing the IT/IT Security and Risk Management disciplines;
10 years' experience working with industry standard frameworks such as COBIT 5, NIST, CSA, ISO;
Meticulous in detail and a track record of delivering high quality risk assessments;
Possess strong negotiation skills with a "can-do" attitude and be able to motivate stakeholders;
Excellent English communication skills (written & oral);
IT risk management experience in a financial services institution;
Must be able to meet deadlines and changing priorities;
Must be able to work in high-pressure environment, either independently or as part of a team;
Proven solution provider with an innovative approach to problem-solving;
Goal-focused and results orientated;
Proven ability to build relationships and influence;
Proactive/self-motivated working style;
