To conduct credit review of the entire credit process from initiation, documentation, implementation, administration and remedial management of the the Bank exposures.
To oversee the risk taking activities and management of the assigned Risk Overseers of the whole Bank. (Domestic Branches, HO Units, Foreign and Domestic Subsidiaries, Regional Centers). Assists the Division Head in the supervision of Operational Risk Management and Basel/ICAAP implementation. Review of the monthly Loss Events Reports, product manuals, review of proposed new/changes in existing processes, new OPPs and OPP Updates prior to presentation to OPCOM. Preparation of the Dashboard for the monthly reporting to the ROC and MRC. Conduct of Risk Education and Awareness Training to to all business units of the Bank including subsidiaries (foreign and domestic). Conduct regular onsite validation of the BUs' processes.
Candidate must be a graduate of any Business related course, preferably Business, Accounting, Mathematics, or Statistics
Minimum of 1-year experience/exposure in risk management or related field is preferred
Excellent analytical and judgment skills
Good problem solving decision making
