1. Adequatet knowledge and understanding of the Bank's Credit Manual, Policies and Guidelines.
2. Conduct independent loan reviews and credit scoring to ensure compliance with the Bank policies and underwriting rules.
3. Assist in mitigating and monitoring credit risk exposures of the Bank.
4. Ensure establishment and maintenance of an internal resource library for Credit Operations where references may be available for researched on credit matters.
5. Assist in the monitoring of proper observance and checking of any violations of the terms and conditions of Credit Approval Memos as approved by the CC.
6. Maintain good working relationship within the Department, the management and the whole organization.
7. Attend to Bank activities which are not limited to Quality Circles, Inter-Unit Resource Sharing and other internal and external engagement such as seminars and trainings.
8. Ascertain utmost discretion in handling Bank information at all times.
9. Exercise due professional care in carrying out assignments.
10. Observe the Bank's Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Policy.
11. Perform other functions that may be assigned or required by the job
