Qualifications:
 Willingness to obey and follow directives of higher authority in all business-related transactions.
 Able to associate with other people such as clients and partners, colleagues in harmonious and
professional way.
 With Strong Patience and can work under pressure.
 A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and any other related field. License is not required but an
advantage. Fresh grad or with working experience.
 Good in verbal and written communication skills.
 Knowledgeable to use Microsoft Office Tools, Excel, Power Point, Word etc.
 With strong attention to detail and ability to understand building plans, electrical diagrams etc.
 Willing to travel nationwide.
Job Description:
 Perform risk Inspection and gather technical and underwriting details.
 Prepare Comprehensive and Simple Reports based on the company Risk Survey Report
Template.
 Provide written Loss Recommendation Program to clients based on the findings during
inspection to minimize or prevent the occurrence of loss.
 Make sure that all business activities/transactions are well documented via email and hard copy.
 Make sure that all request of the Sales or Marketing and other departments concerning the Risk
Survey shall be addressed within the agreed SLA/TAT.
 Perform other duties as may be assigned by f Department Head at any time.
