Role Purpose:
To manage data across the Risk & Payments system and create regular monitoring reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate required timely reports based on Operational/Management requirement
Manage data across different systems and tools.
Has a basic understanding of the processes, functions, and operations of the Payments & Risk processes associated with GVC
Forecasting for the risk and payments teams.
Carry out payment processor health analysis and volume tabulation to derive the maximum revenue potential from payment processing
SLA review across different and monitoring of the data source.
Highlight essential gaps and development areas with the process based on data validations & analysis.
Identify KPIs for Risk Operations, creating and running weekly, monthly reports that measure the agent performances.
Continuous review and monitoring of the data source.
Keep themselves aware of the changes in the processes to re-align their work systems
Maintain up-to-date and detailed documentation of current reporting landscape (specifications, definitions, known issues/incompatibilities, SQL queries...)
Design department wise "views" and custom reports.
Ability to understand business/operational requirements and translate them into specific outcome reports.
Converses with, writes reports and creates/delivers presentations to all levels of colleagues and peer groups in ways that support problem solving and planning
Diagnoses problems using formal problem-solving tools and techniques from multiple angles and probes underlying issues to generate multiple potential solutions
To perform game monitoring and analysis
Should have an inquisitive approach and rapidly identify and mitigate suspected fraudulent activities and report to security staff of the suspected gameplay.
To report any abnormal issues or situations to Risk & Payments Senior Operations Manager
Conduct monthly financial performance reviews to identify areas of loss, communicating recommendations and the remedial action required to Risk & Payments Senior Operations Manager
Running daily reports to protect the business from technical issues and abuse
Providing deep Risk analysis on different issues requested by Risk & Payments Senior Operations Manager
Ad hoc activities as deemed appropriate by the Risk & Payments Senior Operations Manager, Directors, Heads, and Operation Managers.
