Work you'll do
Perform analysis and prepare Work-In Progress (WIP) Reports. Determine if engagements are for billing or for adjustments.
Raise billings through SAP/Related tool.
Monitor invoicing in coordination with Practice Management (PM) Department.
Monitor sending out of invoices in coordination with Administration Office.
Follow up of collections.
Create contracts for clients and work with BRM team for approvals
Additional responsibilities that are related to setting up and enhancement of EDC Admin Support function.
Liaise with key stakeholders and clients to determine complex risks and design analytical solutions in response to these risks
Develop and lead the delivery of relevant communications to explain the output of work and data analysis to both internal and client stakeholders
Support business development activities including building solid business relationships internally and externally, developing marketing material, preparing proposals and participating in presentation
Developing our people through formal training programmes, on the job training and coaching.

Requirements
Education. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar fields
Work Experience. 5years and above experience working with the analysis of data from complex data sets and systems
Competencies.
Programming knowledge in Microsoft SQL, Python, R etc
Knowledge of data visualization tools ( e.g., Tableau, QLIK, powerBi) is an advantage
Other Qualifications.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to interact with Australia on a frequent basis to receive and direction re: engagement delivery
Strong project management skills with demonstrated capability of managing multiple projects/work-streams simultaneously
A solid grounding in designing analytical solutions in response to risk issue
Strong presentation skills both face-to-face and in design of deliverables
A self-starter that is adept at resolving issues
Demonstrated effective leadership, fostering both client and employee relationships
Experience of explaining and presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Ideally, business development experience preferably in technology/data-driven consulting environment
