Work you'll do
Provide tactical and strategic support to develop organization wide BCP framework
Periodically conduct Risk Assessment and Business Impact Analysis for all client processes
Determine the criticality of the impact of workflow from a customer perspective
Determine the timeline for recovery for minimum impact and count/percentage of resources needed during crisis; for both Peak and Non-Peak season
Identify inter-dependencies to other workflows
Formulate business continuity framework and BC strategies relevant to the criticality of the process and impact to the customer.
Develop IT Disaster Recovery Plan, Emergency Response plan, Crisis Management Plan and Business Continuity Plan
Develop and Implement Employee Communication Protocols during Crisis and Roll Out to Other Critical Sites
Conduct and manage test /simulations of BCMS Plans

Requirements
Education. Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Internal Audit, Business Administration or Similar Fields
Work Experience. At least 3-5 years experience in BCMS
Certifications.
Plus factor if candidate has certifications like:
Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor ISO 22301 (BCMS) or other related fields (e.g. ISO 27000, ISO 31000)
Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)
Competencies.
Working knowledge of BCP standards and implementation on the lines of DRII (Disaster Recovery Institute International) Best Practices Guidelines
Able to understand major steps that are part of the BCP implementation lifecycle
Must have exceptional analytical and communication skills Required to communicate business continuity goals and drive action items from all levels across the organization
Ability to collaborate with process owners to learn Business Operations quickly
Quickly understand other Business Operations to figure out Business risks in various industry
Conduct drills at Organization level and document learnings
To gauge effectiveness and viability of current business continuity plans and continuous improvement of the BCMS program
Develop manuals, SOPs, documentations and Training materials
Other Qualifications.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Good project management skills
