Ensures codes are accurate and sequenced correctly in accordance with government and insurance regulations. Communicates with other clinical staff regarding documentation. Searches for information in cases where the coding is complex or unusual. Receives and reviews patient charts and documents for accuracy. Ensures that all codes are current and active. Minimum Qualifications Must have an active Medical Coding License (CPC or CRC) With at least 1 year of Risk Adjustment Medical Coding experience in Clinical/BPO/CPO set-up Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills Willing to temporarirly wotk from home Willing to work in BGC, Taguig Willing to start October / November 2021 *Terms and Conditions Apply
