This is a great opportunity to join the broader Human Resources team at Macquarie Group
In this role, you will play a key role in the delivery of administration of Reward Operations activities, Service and Macquarie Award programs, Share Plan administration including but not limited to the following:
Completion of all day-to-day Reward Administration tasks (i.e., acts as first level support for system access concerns, checking and maintenance of Compare reports, and helpdesk for issues/concerns during remuneration review).
Independent review/audit of data input performed by Global Reward team
Administration of Service and Macquarie Award programs
Market insights/research on remuneration
Ensuring high levels of accuracy and customer service are maintained in performing job responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you will need to understand Macquarie Group policies and systems associated with specific job responsibilities, can work under pressure and can manage tasks through to completion, can identify and escalate risks that occur within area of responsibility, can work autonomously on allocated tasks with the ability to escalate issues clearly and concisely where necessary
You'll also bring the following skills:
High attention to detail / accuracy,
Good time management and document preparation skills
Strong communication skills - verbal and written (in English)
Problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills - specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
