To carry out MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing & fire alarm) modeling using Revit
Provide design work according to engineering specifications
Provide drafting and BIM support to HK team on the agreed schedule
Work closely with engineers and project team to ensure drawings are accurate
Ensure drawing control procedure effectively completed
Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering
Extensive experience using Revit MEP with proven experience, min of 3 years
Good knowledge of building MEP services
Adhere to the company production standards and filing system
Capable of using AutoCAD 2017 and later versions
Competent setting up MEP Revit drawings with appropriate sheets
Able to amend and produce Revit symbols for the in-house library
Assist in the production of 3D drawings and schematic drawings up to construction level
Strong design coordination skills in MEP services
Good written & verbal English language skills
Must be self-motivated
Strong interface skills
Willing to work in Cainta, Rizal
