Calling all Licensed Allied Health Professionals in the BPO industry!
Our US-based Client -- a leading provider of managed physical medicine in the United States -- has set up their first Philippine Office in Mandaluyong early this year. They are continuously expanding their services, and they need experienced BPO (Healthcare) Professionals to be part of their new team!
The Revenue Analyst is responsible for reviewing and correctly case assigning physical medicine bills to new or existing cases. This critical role requires the individual to evaluate and confirm compensability and eligibility on said bills to make sure that they are in compliance with our company directives, treating provider contracts, jurisdiction state rules, and client specified procedures/guidelines.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review bills to determine eligibility for processing.
- Validate existing data for accuracy and completeness and make outbound calls to providers and clients as needed to obtain critical information and/or verify compensability.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, including but not limited to the following: Answering phones; Faxing and filing of confidential documents; and Basic Internet and email utilizations
- Provide excellent and professional customer service to external and internal customers
- Work special priority projects as assigned within established turnaround times.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS
- -Must possess a college degree in any field (Nursing/PT/OT degree is a plus)
- Must have experience in BPO industry
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the BPO (Healthcare) industry preferred
- Experience handling inbound or outbound calls is a plus, but not required
- Preferably with knowledge on the US Healthcare system, particularly with HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Prior experience in medical billing or in a health-related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel and general computer literacy, working with dual screens
- Organizational skills, prioritization, problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are also required
- Willing to work any assigned shift during the week in Mandaluyong City
Preferably residing within Metro Manila only. Candidates in Cavite, Rizal, and Bulacan area are welcome to apply as long as they are amenable to report onsite in Rockwell Business Center Sheridan - South Tower, Sheridan St., Mandaluyong City
