Returns Lead (RMA)Insight Enterprises, Inc.

The Returns Team Lead will be responsible for the entire return process from the time a Returns is requested to the moment the customer's account is credited.
What you'll do at Insight
-Operates RMA Process
-Submit Lost Product Claims
-Contact Vendor for Claims
-Assist A/R with order payment issues due to Returns
-Enforce Assigned Task Duties/Train Newbies
-Works on Complex/Escalated assigned issues
-Other duties as assigned
What you'll need to join Insight
-Open to college undergraduates with relevant work experience
-At least 3 years of experience in Order Management and Returns and other related experience
-Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives
-Strong written and verbal English communications skills
-Able to successfully manage multiple priorities
-Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
-Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
