Handle Return and Refund communication function that interfaces with various cross functional teams such as Seller operations, Disputes, Logistics, Payments, etc.
Update Warehouse RR case details appropriately. i.e.: Gdoc, Salesforce
Ensure accuracy in information when communicating to Shopee users
Communicate effectively with team members and Shopee users
Take on ad-hoc projects/assignments
Implement any changes sensitively and with minimal disruption
Requirements:
With experience mainly in customer service
Excellent communication skills - able to communicate clearly and concisely
Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Good analytical skills, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Demonstrate teamwork all the time
Amenable to be assigned in Binan, Laguna
