Position:Customer Care Associate (Retail Sales)
Reporting to: Department Manager
Min Education and Experience eligibility:
MBA/ graduate/ 12th Pass
Fresher's who wants to build their career are welcome
Salary Offered
Gross + Incentives (as per industry standards)
PF + ESIC benefits
6 days working
Shift from 12:30PM to 09:30PM (1 hrs break)
Roles and responsibility
Have to set the counter once enters the store
Check in CSD FCD if any stock is lying over there and also if any merchandise is lying in trial room
Count the pieces (Global Count)
Folding, Stacking, Colour Blocking and Spacing the merchandise accordingly and setting the counter properly
Handling customer and their queries and updating self with new offers
Try to convince Customers for First Citizen
Personal Grooming
Display of fresh stock as per plan (planogram).
Recovery, replenishment and display of merchandise from trial rooms, RBI, cash points, and customer service desk.
Checking whether all merchandise has price tags and security tags.
Upkeep of the section - cleanliness, removing cartons and packets.
Knowledge of the day's targets and previous day's store and section achievement.
Knowledge of in - store schemes, promotions and events.
Color blocking, size blocking
Ticketing, Signage's and size stickering
Changing focal points and displays with UVM on a regular basis.
Greeting and Attending customers.
Maintain database of important and regular customers.
Suggestive selling, Cross Selling and Add - on sales
Knowledge of slow movers, fast movers
Taking Customer requirement.
Knowledge of the Fabrics, Brands, Styles, Sizes in one's section.
Knowledge of the size and style availability of merchandise, new product launches in the store, of current market trends and competitors in same categories.
Taking proper care of merchandise.
All merchandise should have security tags and price tags.
No merchandise on display for the customer should be defective or damaged.
Global Counts
Perpetual inventory Control System.
Slow movers and fast movers of the section.
Feedback of customers regarding merchandise (quality, style, brand) store, facilities, conveniences etc.
